Shipping Information, Delivery Policies & Returns
The CHI Company ships throughout the United States and internationally using trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and commercial freight providers. This page explains shipping estimates, delivery methods, tracking information, international shipping options, and our return policies.
For the fastest checkout experience, please ensure your account information, shipping address, and contact information are accurate before placing an order.
Important Ordering Notice
We no longer accept call-in telephone orders due to inaccurate information frequently being provided during the ordering process. Please create an account and verify that all billing, shipping, and contact information is correct before placing your order.
Estimating Shipping Costs
You can estimate shipping costs directly from your shopping cart by adding items to your cart and selecting the Shipping Estimator option.
When selecting USPS Flat Rate packaging, please make sure the products you are purchasing will physically fit within the selected box size.
- 20 feet of hose does not fit inside a USPS Priority Mail Envelope.
- Three Sanke keg taps do not fit inside a USPS Small Flat Rate Box.
- Incorrect box selections can delay processing while shipping costs are adjusted.
USPS Small Flat Rate Box: 5-3/8" x 8-5/8" x 1-5/8"
USPS Medium Flat Rate Box: 11" x 8.5" x 5.5"
USPS Large Flat Rate Box: 12" x 12" x 5.5"
USPS Priority Mail: Weight-based pricing using custom box sizes.
Actual Shipping Charges
The CHI Company always refunds customers when a less expensive shipping method is available after processing the order.
For example, if a customer selects a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box but the shipment fits safely in a less expensive USPS Regional Rate box, we will ship using the lower-cost option and refund the difference back to the original payment method.
Using Your UPS or FedEx Account
- Select "Store Pickup" during checkout.
- No shipping charge will be added to the order.
- Enter your carrier account information in the Special Instructions field.
- Example: Ship using UPS Account #123456.
Warehouse Locations & Processing Times
Products ending with the suffix "ih" typically ship directly from our California warehouse.
Products without the "ih" suffix may ship from one of our associated warehouse locations or directly from the manufacturer.
Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, although large machinery and specialty products may require additional preparation time.

- Commercial freight carriers
- Customer-arranged freight services
- Local pickup when available
Tracking Numbers
- Order processing confirmations are emailed automatically.
- Tracking numbers are included once the shipment is processed.
- UPS and USPS may also send tracking notifications directly.
- Economy shipping services may not include tracking capabilities.
Important: Insurance and tracking services are strongly recommended. Shipments sent without tracking or insurance may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement if lost in transit.
Order Status Information
When your order status changes to "Delivered" within our system, it means your order has been processed and released to the selected shipping carrier.
Delivered does not mean the package has arrived at your location. It simply indicates the order has left processing and is in transit.
International Shipping
- Worldwide shipping is available.
- UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx services are supported.
- Customer shipping account numbers may be used.
- Large quantity orders can be shipped using cargo containers when required.
- Commercial import/export shipments can be arranged for qualifying orders.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an item, please retain the original package label and shipping information.
- Save the original shipping label.
- Write "CHICOMPANY RETURN - RMA # ORDER NUMBER" on the outside of the package.
- Return the product to the original shipping location when possible.
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges and applicable taxes are not refundable unless an error occurred during fulfillment.
Returned items must be received in original condition to qualify for refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Products
Downloadable products, digital files, and the Vending Label DVD are not eligible for refunds.
Defective physical media may be exchanged when applicable.
