Hose & Tubing for Beverage, Gas, Liquid and Draft Systems
Shop beverage hose and tubing for draft beer, soda, wine, liquor, CO2 gas, nitrogen, water, post-carbonator liquid lines, and commercial dispensing systems. This category includes BevLex, Bev-Seal Ultra, Ultra-Barrier Silver, clear braid, high-pressure tubing, and Kynar-lined options for different beverage service requirements.
Choosing the Right Hose or Tubing
Different beverage systems require different hose materials, pressure ratings, bend characteristics, and flavor barrier performance. Use the guide below to compare common hose types before choosing tubing for beer, soda, wine, liquor, gas, water, or post-carbonator beverage service.
- BEVLEX: Good overall beverage hose for both liquid and gas applications when working pressure is below 40 PSI.
- BEV-SEAL ULTRA: Best for liquid beverage lines when flavor resistance to oxygen and cross-flavoring is important. Not suited for tight bends.
- ULTRA-BARRIER SILVER: Pliable liquid tubing designed for strong flavor resistance, oxygen protection, and cross-flavoring reduction.
- CLEAR BRAID: Flexible gas and liquid hose for 40+ PSI applications, commonly used post-carbonator and in beverage service areas where a softer hose is helpful.
- HIGH PRESSURE: For 150+ PSI post-regulator straight-run applications. Not for CO2 tank pressure at approximately 1800 PSI and not for 90-degree bends.
- KFLEX Kynar Lined Tubing: Clear Kynar-lined tubing suitable for wine, liquor, and specialty beverage applications.
Hose Pressure and Draft System Balancing
For draft and beverage systems, line length, vertical lift, vertical drop, restriction, and serving pressure all affect performance. As a general hose statistic, add approximately 1/2 PSI for every foot of vertical lift and subtract approximately 1/2 PSI for every foot of vertical drop.
Before purchasing hose for a draft beer system, verify your line restriction, serving pressure, run length, lift/drop, and faucet setup so the system pours correctly without excessive foam or slow flow.
Roll Length Ordering Information
Some hose and tubing products are sold by full rolls instead of by the foot. If the default roll length is 100 feet, quantity 1 equals one 100-foot roll. Product tables may show 300 feet because that is the total available length on a factory roll.
- Ordering 100 feet generally means quantity 1.
- Ordering 200 feet generally means quantity 2.
- Ordering 300 feet generally means quantity 3.
- 100-foot rolls ship by UPS and do not fit in USPS Flat Rate boxes.
