- BTF Chloromelamine sanitizer is an E.P.A. Registered product with active ingredients approved by F.D.A. for use on food contact surfaces without a potable water after rinse. This powder chlorine sanitizer is odorless and tasteless in solution. This is a great feature when sanitizing beverage glassware used to serve beer, wine, soda, etc. BTF sanitizers are part of the draught beer training and marketing programs at every major U.S. brewery. BTF Chloromelamine powder contains built-in water conditioning chemicals to help prevent spotting and streaking on glassware. No need to add additional de-liming products to the last sanitizing tank. B-T-F does not leave residues on the surface that could affect the carbonation/foam in beverages such as beer wine or soda. One level teaspoon (1/6th ounce) in one gallon of water makes a 100 p.p.m. available chlorine sanitizing solution. This container makes 100.5 gallons of sanitizing solution.
