• 5/2 Five Star PH Stabilizer - 1 Lb. canister
• A proprietary blend of food-grade phosphate buffers (similar to brewer's salts) that will lock in your mash & kettle water at a pH of 5.2 regardless of the pH of your water. Five Star pH Stabilizer will optimize enzymatic activity, helps clarify your wort and often increases your starting gravity. It is safe for your mash and will not add any flavors to your beer.
• NOTICE: We will remove contents from container and ship in zip-lock bag for export customers.
• Add 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of mash or sparge water.
• One jar will treat over 48 five-gallon batches.
