- These parts are made by only one mfg. The most recent production run has a defect that will NOT be replaced by the mfg.
- All Adapters purchased after 3/2014 have a retrofit / replacement O-Ring that is larger than the "standard / original" O-ring. The Adapter works as originally designed. If you purchased this Adapter from us or any other vendor after 3/2014 and it does NOT fully seal in the Tank Post, install this retrofit O-Ring. The Adapater will then work as intended.
