• The CHI Company Quick Disconnect System Manifold allows multiple Ball Lock Quick Disconnects to be connected to a single manifold assembly for cleaning, sanitizing, gas distribution, product transfer and beverage dispensing applications. These manifolds are commonly used in breweries, wineries, beverage production facilities, restaurants, bars, coffee operations and homebrew keg systems.
• Each manifold is built using Ball Lock Quick Disconnect connections and can be configured for gas, liquid or mixed service applications. Standard configuration includes one gas connection on one end, one liquid connection on the opposite end and liquid ports positioned along the side of the manifold.
• Quick Disconnect Manifolds are frequently used for draft beer line cleaning, beverage line sanitizing, keg washing, gas distribution, carbonation systems, product transfer, beverage production, quality control testing and multi-keg dispensing operations. The manifold design allows multiple keg connections to be serviced simultaneously, helping reduce cleaning and setup time.
• The number of ports listed includes the end ports. For example, if four outlet connections are required, order a five-port manifold. The inlet connection is included within the total port count.
• Gas fittings, liquid fittings or mixed fitting configurations may be specified during checkout using the order comments section.
• These manifolds are manufactured to order. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 business days production lead time prior to shipment.
