- For older style Ball & Pin Lock Kegs.
- This lid was pulled from kegs we scrapped out years ago. With the influx of old kegs coming into the trade (since cheap Pepsi kegs are long gone) we are releasing our inventories.
- Comes with a Plastic Dome Top Pressure Relief Valve. ASSUME THE VALVE LEAKS.... BUT..... it has been our experience (selling over 540,000+ kegs from Pepsi between 1994 and 2010), that the Dome Top Valves were the much BETTER valve than "pull ring" types; they did not leak... only the locking nut oring leaked. Therefore, we had REPLACEMENT DOME TOP ORINGS manufactured years ago.
- If you pull the PRV, then you have a 3/4" hole in which to use for a stopper or some other use.
