- MODIFIED PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE for NO HOLE TANK LIDS
- If you have a Ball or Pin Lock Tank lid that has no gas escape holes for the pressure relief valve, this PR Valve will allow discharge of gas. We start with a new style PR Valve (as described below) and then have our machine shop precision drill a gas escape hole in it.
- Please allow up to 4 days for the machining (each one is built to order).
- Total distance from the top of the threads to the base of the metal rod is: 1-1/8". Check your PR Valve well depth for comparability. There are no refunds/exchanges for this part. NEW STYLE! Will replace both the Gray Pull ring style AND the Black Pull ring style. It will also interchange with gray toggle style valve.
- The Gray Pull Ring Valve style is different from the Black PRV in two ways
- This new style valve has a beveled face so that it can fit both hole diameters! Now you don't have to throw away an "old style" Black PRV lid!
- Properly fits only lids that have 6 gas vent holes,
- The base hole that the PRV rests on is larger than the hole for Black PRVs.
