Our used 5 gallon ball lock kegs are cleaned, tested and shipped pressurized to verify seal integrity before they leave our facility. These genuine Cornelius and Firestone stainless steel kegs have been trusted by homebrewers, beverage professionals and draft system users for decades.
The CHI Company has sold more than 400,000 used ball lock kegs since 1996. These kegs originated from Pepsi bottling operations and represent some of the most sought-after stainless steel beverage kegs available for homebrewing, beverage dispensing and draft system applications.
Every Keg Is:
- Cleaned and sanitized using Pepsi automated cleaning equipment
- Pressure tested prior to shipment
- Shipped pressurized to verify gasket and seal integrity
- Equipped with a genuine metal lid (no plastic lids)
- Ready for final cleaning, sanitizing and use
Shipping Information
Shipping cartons are available for single, double and four-keg orders. When applicable, we refund excess shipping charges after processing so customers pay actual shipping costs whenever possible.

Industry Proven Quality
From 1996 through 2008, these kegs were supplied to many of the largest homebrew retailers in the United States, including MoreBeer, Northern Brewer, Midwest Homebrew Supply, Homebrew Heaven, The Brew Hut, HopTech and hundreds of independent homebrew stores.
These kegs were sourced from the Tampa, Florida Pepsi facility, one of the last Pepsi plants operating traditional premix systems. Unlike many used keg offerings on the market, these are original first-line kegs released directly from Pepsi operations.
